Comprehensive Family Support Services

Families may participate in this program if:

• they have been on the Unified Wait List
• meet eligibility for child care scholarships and
• have at least one child under the age of six
• they fulfill a service agreement with Total Family Strategy

Benefits/Highlights of the program include:

• Home based family support services will be available for approximately one year to develop a plan for changes that may benefit your family

• Services will be free, except for the parent fees for the child care services, determined by your total family income and size (sliding scale)

• Children will not lose their "spot" on the child care wait list, regardless of whether or not you choose to participate in the program

Families will be screened for participation on a first-come-first-serve basis.
However, all applications will be maintained for potential participation in the
future, if funding is available.

To indicate your interest level, please complete the online Need and Interest
Survey pre-application. If your pre-application is accepted, you will be contacted
for a personal interview in order to determine official acceptance into the program.
